Flu at 34 weeks

I'm having bad flu at 34 weeks. Took flu vaccine during the first trimester, but it seems like it's not even helping. Sore throat, fever, and chills with severe back pain. Should I go see the doctor or just take normal paracetamol to relieve the pain ? Will having flu harm the baby and early delivery ?

Best to consult a GP for pregnancy safe medication. Remember to rest more, drink more water and take vitamin C too. Having flu will not harm the baby. I had flu every month during my pregnancy and delivered my baby at week 39.

flu vaccine supposed to lower the severity of the illness if you really do have flu. Probably you are down with different infection and not flu. Hope you have already seen a dr instead of self-medicating
