Detox Water while Breastfeeding
I'm a happy & breastfeeding mom of 4.5 months old baby. Can I have detox water??

Detox water is not recommended during pregnancy of Breastfeeding (if it’s as a juice fast) because it involves caloric restriction and does not contain the full spectrum of nutrients
