stomach feeling tight & very tired

Hi im going 10 weeks now, lately i've been feeling very tired cant stand too long. my stomach hardens sometimes , no bleeding so far. any thoughts ?

If you’re nearing second trimester, might be braxton hicks which is normal. However if you’re worried, best to bring it up to gynae in your next check up.
