Recommendation

I'm feeding my almost 2 months son Dumex Dulac currently and I'm not sure if it's because of the weather or mill that is causing him to have rashes on his cheeks. Bought lactogen and have yet to try it. Any mummies have tried lactogen on their lo? How was it? Any recommendation for infant formula which is good and affordable?
