milk production

I'm expressing about 40-50ml of BM per session. Can advise if this amount is normal or low? I do about 8-10 pumping sessions per day.

Consider good amount. Try to pump every two hourly and squeeze in a power pump a day

    I'm incorporating 1 power pump session daily. BTW, will the milk output increase gradually overtime if I keep up with the pumping sessions?
