Preg, 18mths bb

I'm currently pregnant 5 weeks. I have a 18 mths bb. Right now I'm the one bringing her to my mum every morning b4 work. Wonder how u guys handle. As my daughter will wants to be carried at times. Do u still carry her? Can I still tula her?
