Stomach getting bigger

Im currently in 3rd trimester and my stomach really becoming bigger and bigger that my belly button is sticking out. Do you ever randomly gets scared that your belly button will suddenly tear and burst open cs your stomach really grow big? 😅

My belly button and the skin surrounding it was very painful during pregnancy. I applied palmer’s belly butter and it helped. And yes, I feared that it may tear 😅
