Foot massage

Hi, I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant. Is it safe to have a foot massage? My left leg always very painful at night but strange, only left leg. Haha.

Yes just let the person know you're pregnant and not all shop accept preggy lady check before going.

Nooo.. no massages until after abt 20 wks. U cn do light stretches when it hurts..
