Itchy nipple

Im currently 5mths pregnant. This is my 2nd pregnancy. I didnt experience this in my first pregnancy. The itch on my left nipple started since abt 2 weeks ago and it’s driving me nuts. Is there any cream to recommend to stop the itch? 😣
