backache

im currently 37 weeks alrd and recently i kept having bad upper backache ( 酸痛 ) at times it comes and goes. issit normal?????

Yes it is.. baby’s growing a lot these few weeks. Rest more, use back support/cushions/pillows, and see if you can get a nice massage:)
