Duphaston during pregnancy

Hi, I'm currently 13weeks and was prescribed duphaston by an a&e doctor when I had bleeding. Is anyone taking the same medicine and having lower back pain? And are you still having vaginal bleeding while on duphaston?

I was prescribed this when i had brown discharge. In early weeks. Took it about 2 or 3 weeks then was ok. But my lower back pain started later. With pregnancy pillow it helped me to sleep better on the side.
