i’m approaching 10 weeks too. i’ll normally eat two bites whatever that does not have too strong of a flavour/whatever i’m craving for. if not, try biscuits or nestum? i drink ginger tea to help!

eat whatever u like to eat and it will keep u happy and not worry about nausea all the time. also to go out for walks everyday for fresh air. Sleeping not gonna help.

i try to distract myself and shift my focus to other things. so i have been having alot of random small talk and conversation with my hubby.

Try to eat super small meals or bites. Sometimes just dun think of nausea. Jiayou!
