39weeks+1 natural ways to give birth soon

hi im alrdy at 39weeks+1 . doc said im 1cm dilated and if im not going into labour anytime soon , will discuss abt inducing . i have no signs of labour :(( any suggestion from mommies to give birth soon ... #pregnancy

Have they done the membrane sweep on you? Usually done after 39 weeks to loosen the amniotic fluid sac. Try walking a lot. Have sex too. Usually within the next few days after membrane sweep, you’ll start contractions naturally. But depends on individual also.
