Bloated and Gassy tummy
I’m almost close to 8 weeks pregnancy. Any mummy has bloated and gassy tummy? How you all usually handle the bloated gassy tummy pain?

I go the gym. When I have trapped gas after moving my body gas will just release from my body. Better than Gaviscon in my opinion
