Should I go to the a&e?

I’m 9 weeks and I had stomach flu and had vomiting and diarrhoea yesterday. Went to the gp took some medication and diarrhoea had stopped but not vomiting. I’ve been vomiting non stop since yesterday each time I took in some fluid and food I throw up all. Feeling very restless and giddy.
