Worried about pregnancy

Hi, im 6 weeks pregnant. But i dnt feel any nausea and no vomiting. But my nipples is abit itchy and no pain in urine and no bleeding. Is it normal? Or is it im just lucky no nause+vomit?

You shouldn't worry and count yourself lucky. I also had a very smooth first trimester without any morning sickness.
