Im 6 months pregnant have yet to be baby stuff haha.. im not sure what is important to get first and what not.. any suggestions?? First pregnancy here ?.. just scare if i miss out any baby stuff

I get the basic things first like, Sterilizer Bottles Bottle warmer Thermos Baby clothes Breast pump both manual and electric Detergent for both clothes and bottles Carrier Pram Playpen/cot The rest, i just go with the flow
