Hi. I’m 5 weeks pregnant but I do not seem to have morning sickness. My gynae appt is on the 8th week. Do I need to worry?

my 2nd pregnancy i had face breakout, vomiting nausea everything the first few weeks.
now on my 3rd, 6th week now hahaha i checked the test and it was positive just now and then suddenly at night i feel dizzy and nauseous 🤦😅 before that nothing no signs at all hahahaha 😂
