Diarrhoea- when to be worried ?

Hi, I’ve had quite bad morning sickness and have just taken Metoclopramide prescribed by my gynae for morning sickness. But I’m having diarrhoea now. Is that a side effect or should I be worried ? When do I need to check with my gynae ?

Oh dear how bad is your diarrhoea? If you have both vomiting and diarrhoea during pregnancy it definitely is a cause for concern and you don’t want to get dehydrated. I think you should let your gynae know asap. Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids... take care!
