Do you mean by stomach cramp? If yes, it also normal as our bodies are trying to get use to pregnancy especially you’re still at the early stage.. Do consult a gynae instead of GP as I personally experienced GP doesn’t want to give any medication if they know you’re preg.. Try drk more warm water/milk, soupy foods to help you to better digest.. and remember to sleep on left side

i get bad cramps and extremely bloated tummy since week 6 and i still get them when i'm week 10 now. take small meals and watch what you eat. take food that is easier to digest. (:
