cramps
hi. im 36 weeks and im having cramps here and there & lower back ache and is quite often. Issit normal?????

It's normal. Midwife mentioned that cramps and tightening are common. It's your body getting itself ready for labour soon. But be sure to not confuse it with active labour signs.
