34 weeks and bad pelvic pain

I’m 34+2 weeks today. My pelvic pressure is really getting worst where I can barely move, walk and turn on bed. The pain especially when sleeping is horrible. Today it has been more than 4 hours my lower belly feels very very heavy and doesn’t stop. Usually I’ll have very stiff belly which will go away but today for hours my belly is stiff and pressuring my lower belly. As a first time mom I don’t know what to expect

Try to buy maternity belt to support. And during sleep time, try to put a pillow between knees and pillow under the stomach to give support and reduce pressure. Sleep at your left position to ensure the smooth oxygen supply for you and the baby Do buy Yoga Ball as well. Sit on the yoga ball and do pelvic exercises to strengthen your pelvic area. I think that will help as well
