Lower Abdomen Pain

I have problem in lower abdomen pain not everyday but sometime and it goes to my vagina area(outer parts only) which feels very tight and feels pain when im walking. Is that normal for 23weeks pregnancy. Usually happens at night, i dunno maybe i walked a lot during the day at office.. Please advise. Tq

me too.. I'm 23weeks4days.. I'm not sure too is it normal or not.. because I'm quiet active during day time..

Yeap. I think u having what im having. Feeling tight below abdomen up until vagina outer area part am i right. I hope it is normal. Ill be seeing my gynae this weekend. Will ask her n let u know the outcome ya. Hope nothing serious. Just pray for good. 🙏
