for postnatal : 1. Do prepare bottle and formula milk in your hospital beg too (dont let the nurses & Drs see it bcos they didnt encourage much) just incase your milk didnt produced yet once u r delivered. just like mine. i only have milk after 3 days and on my 6th day, I produced oly 1 onz. so stress but i keep pumping n feed my baby to gain more milk. huhu 2. Do buy Lactul solution to avoid constipation. Our biggest fobia after deliver is pooping. So, get prepare well. 3. bring a lot of baby diapers to hospital too since newborn poop a lot.
