Insufficient rest

I’m at 21weeks now. I’ve been feeling so restless and not sleeping well at night . Not motivated to wake up to work or do anything . I’m not sure if this is due to the pregnancy or I’m just “lazy” . I feel all this has make my mood goes 📉 down and my stress increasing . What can I do to make things get better ?

it’s definitely pregnancy hormones. it may sound not intuitive but go for short walks outdoors to help improve your circulation and mood
