sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Same for me..im 20 weeks and 5days pregnant for my 2nd baby and i have been having difficult a sleep at night everyday..and very time i feel back pain..
