sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

i would recommend listening to calming music/ subliminals(much better if subliminals) with headphones on while you sleep. It really helped me a lot.
