sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

5 months preggy na po ako bakit ganun bihira ko parin maramdman Yung baby ko normal parin po ba yun respect post po? ng aalala na po ako sa baby ko ei 😔😔

I’m 5months preggy na rin po, may araw na buong magdamag siyang malikot, may time din naman na wala siyang paramdam. Pero normal lang naman po yun don’t worry. Or if nag aalala po kayo at di mapakali ask niyo nalang po yung OB niyo para masure niyo po if ok posisyon ni Baby
