sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

hi my same here Im 20 weeks preggy naka help sa akin is elevated ug unan ko sa ulo tapos turn left side po (according to research it helps daw sa ciculation ng blood and supply nutrients sa baby) at nakakatulog din po ako ng mahibimbing if left side ako matulog with kandong unan sa tummy ko.
