sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and suffering from constipation. Ano po ang magandang gawin? Any suggestion? Almost 5 days na akong constipated.

We do high fiber diet, or make kale smoothie or prune juice
