sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

me too.. pero ang sabi dapat sa left side natutulog ang mommy para ok ang oxygen ni baby at nakukuha niya ang nutrients kaya tyaga tyaga lang kahit nangangalay na ang left side ng katawan ko 😊
