sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

experience my 2nd preggy in 2018.. i had bad experience on sleeping.. using bean bag to sleep.. uncomfortable but its help even sleeping in sit position. now. i plan to buy recliner sofa for easy rest or sleep soon
