sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

im 20weeks also nahihirapan din ako makatulog kahit sa araw😥my insomnia ako ng dipa buntis pero mas lalo lumala ngayon😥😣
