sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Me to im weeks 20,its hard for me to sleep at night. I drink milk before sleep its help a little bit for me to sleep 😉
