sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

20weeks also, hindi ako makatulog ng maayos kasi naghahanap ako nag comfortabling posistion ,pag tumatagilid ako nauunat yung tiyan kaya sumasakit tapos mabigat sa may pusunan ko utot ng utot ako feel ko parating may kabag ako. tapos ko umihi din sobrang bigat ng pusun ko.
