sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

I bought this maternity pillow and it helped sleept better at night. My back and tummy are both supported by the pillow which is very important in my sleep position.
