sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

20 weeks , I can’t find a good position & always wake up in the middle of the night just to go to the washroom & even been feeling so heaty eventho my fan is super strong
