sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

same with me. 20 weeks and always suddenly wake up at 3am finding the right position to continue sleep again but ugh sooo hard.
