sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Same here din po.. ang hirap makahanap ng position bago makatulog.. 19weeks and 3days na po ako.. kaya natatakot ako kase napupuyat na kami ni baby kase di ako makatulog ng ayos😔😔😔
