sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

same. pgdating ng 12 start na ako humiga and mging solemm and peaceful yung environment . pero tlgang halos 3am n tlga ko nkaka.sleep for 2 weeks na. kept changing position and listeninh to music and meditation. 3am p rin tlga 😩
