sleepless nights

20 weeks pregnant too. Mostly my sleep is disturbed by bowel movement. Usually try to settle down earlier like 9.30 pm with a book. Then usually fall asleep before 10.30pm. But usually wake up ard 2 plus 3 am. Huhu.
