sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

I let myself tired .. pero hndi nmn sobra. Yung kaya pa din ng body ko kasama na exercise dun. Kya sa gabi inaantok dn ako agad kso minsan nangangalay ako tapos leg cramps kya nwawala antok ko.. sa kaliwa ako lagi nakatagilid sabi ndin ng ob ko. For better oxygen daw yun kay baby.
