Upper stomach pain - muscle ache

I'm at 16w3days... I felt sudden pain on my upper stomach. It wasn't cramps.. just felt like the muscles being stretched. Really uncomfortable though. Does any of you know if it's normal? I read that it's nothing to worry about, likely the skin/muscle getting stretched as the uterus grows bigger...
