Abdominal cramps

I'm 16 weeks and I'm still currently experiencing some lower abdominal cramps once in a blue moon. Should I be concerned?

Same here! I think its normal. Usually when it happens I’ll lie down and put some ointment while slowly rubbing my tummy till it goes away. Hang in there 💪🏼
