Me! i started bloating even before any Morning Sickness or feeling fatigue... I am bloated and constipated.🥲 I drink water, excercise and i try to squat (malasana) and sometimes these help me to pass wind better / poop a little easier.

Me. The only thing that helps me is ginger tea. The bloatedness makes me feel really shitty and at times cause me backaches 😭

same 🥲 i ate gaviscon sometimes and just try to drink more water. i feel so uncomfortable all the time
