Same goes to me though.. i even vomitted out acid juices from the stomach .. it helps when i eat foods that are easy to digest and try not to drink and eat at the same time.. wait few minutes to drink after you eat.. we’re strong , all these storms will pass , be strong mummiieesss
Eat whatever u feel like eating because u wun puke by that.. dc nutritional or not.. (baby dont really absorb what you eat now) and try to go out have a walk etc.. Not too far and long.. Been thru that stage.. I could only eat mac for that time..
clench your left fist with your thumb tucked in.. and squeeze hard.. it helps to stop gagging but doesn't work everytime tho.
I try to eat more plain food. Not too oily and also try to rest more. It will be better in trimester 2, Jiayou!
Take small frequent meals. Drink warm water with lemon I also like eating cereals with cold milk.
im having the same thing too. Currently 9 weeks and i am super exhausted~
Try sucking sour plum? It works for me on the nausea. And take small meals.
Can check with gynae. My gynae prescribed me some vitamin and it's helps
Try ask ur doc for a nausea pill.. It helps for me..
try warm water, it works for me..
