Fresh milk on flight for 15 months

Hi all, I’ll be flying to Australia with my 15 month toddler with SQ. She currently drinks fresh full cream milk. She usually needs a bottle before she naps. Does anyone have experience with bringing fresh milk up? Can I pack them in 240ml milk bottles? Or I can get them in transit area? Or does SQ have full cream milk available on board? Thanks!
