what I understood from KKH PD is absolutely no-no feeding babies below 6mths with water in case water got into their developing lungs, causing infection. as the rest mentioned, breastmilk and/or formula should suffice.

I let my baby sip warm water since nb to rinse the mouth and clear throat less than 50ml a day. I started weaning at 5 month so she drinks about less than 100ml water a day

Nope, I will only give water once he starts solid and if so, only sips. Breastmilk or formula should still be main source for hydration till 1 yo

Recommend 6m to drink water. Cos milk is enough for below 6m. I started at 6m... I gave a few spoons first. Then slowly increase.

Nope, I will only feed water after 6 months as I read that their lung is developing.

No I don’t. I only started feeling after LO starts solid which is after 6 mo

Nope. Just breast milk or formula is sufficient.
