Is confinement important
If never follow the practices , really will lead to pain in the body?

This is not practiced in western medicine and they do grow old fine. We too don’t practice this. And I’ve seen my elderly aunts still strong as a cow after giving birth to minimum 6 children each 😂 They didn’t have the luxury of being “confined” too long. So I guess it really depends on each person’s health conditions.
