Perut berbunyi

Hai mama! Normal je tu, especially dekat trimester last ni, perut kita asyik bunyi sebab baby moving around, gas, dan pencernaan yang working overtime lah. A few of my mum friends said the same thing kat 38 weeks, so don't worry! But if the sounds come with sakit teruk, cramping yang tak normal, or you notice other things yang different, better check in with your doctor just to be safe, especially sebab you're so close to labour. Jangan stress, semua orang perut bunyi-bunyi, yang penting mama and baby okay!
